RETURN POLICY:  

Returns are always FREE within 14 days. If you don't like it, simply email us in order to receive a RMA / return merchant approval.

A return without RMA will automatically forfeit your refund.

Item must be returned as brand new,  UNWORN and UNUSED, including original box .This is to ensure you will get a full refund of your money, and to prevent forfeiture or loss of refund. You may use the same shipping box to return the item. 

For non-defective remorse returns, client is responsible for their own return shipping label. 

For damage or defective returns,  we provide FREE return shipping label. You must send us photos and evidences via email ASAP or within 1-3 days in order to resolve the issue immediately.

REFUND POLICY: 

All the items purchased from STELLAR REAL are covered with a 14-day money-back guarantee for domestic orders. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your item for a refund within 14 days of first receiving your item.

A full refund is issued within 24-48 business days once the item is received intact. If the item is found it has signs of use and is not in the same condition as it was, this will either lead to forfeiting the refund or issuing 1/2 refund depending on the severity of the item and condition based on our assessment. 

Pre-order / customized items are non-returnable unless not as described
