For this reason, we offer complimentary returns within a 14-day window from the date of purchase.
To initiate a return, kindly email us requesting a Return Merchant Approval (RMA). Please note that without an RMA, we may not be able to process your refund.
To ensure that you receive a full refund, we kindly ask that the item be returned unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. This not only helps us expedite the refund process but also ensures that we can provide you with the best possible service. You may use the same shipping box to return the item.
For non-defective remorse returns, we ask that you please cover the cost of the return shipping label.
However, for damaged or defective returns, we offer a complimentary return shipping label.
We kindly request that you share pictures and other evidence via email within 1-3 days of receiving the item so that we can address the matter promptly and to your satisfaction.
